If you are someone like this and you would like to partner or collaborate to reach out to members of your community and to lead field trips please send an email to:

Michael is on the board of the Kingston Land Trust. He is a DEC-licensed New York State hiking and camping guide and a member of the New York State Outdoor Guides Association. He is still active in Scouting BSA and has led scout and other groups on camping trips. He has a degree in Environmental Science, and is an avid student of local history.
Michael has been hiking the trails and camping in the forests of the Catskill Preserve for years: "As a guide, a student of history and an outdoor educator, I want to give everyone the opportunity to hike, camp and enjoy the outdoors as much as I do".
